What is the ‘value’ of health data webinar
March 10, 2021
You won’t want to miss our ethics in imaging webinar which is part of the AI Centres of Excellence series.
Our webinar “What is the ‘value’ of health data” will be held on Thursday 18th March 1300 – 1430.
Professor Mike Parker will be discussing the need for a new social contract from data-driven research/healthcare.
Dr Claire Bloomfield will be sharing NCIMI research on health data valuation or ‘value levers’.
Dr Mackenzie Graham will be exploring the role of public trust and confidence in sharing patient data with commercial companies.
We will also host a panel discussion to close the event.
This webinar is part of a series of informal online seminars to exchange ideas, create debate and look for common themes, challenges and solutions across the centres.
Meetings aimed at centre staff and themed around practical scenarios.
The aim is to identify common training needs and create basic competency in ethical topics to enable staff to critically review research proposals and discuss participation with the public.
